"ICA Associates Inc. is a facilitation training and consulting group. We design and lead inclusive, dynamic, participatory group processes and we train people to facilitate for themselves.
ICAA has the largest and deepest curriculum for facilitators. Our courses are in-person, online, self-directed, and available in-house too. We support and encourage professional certification and ensure training helps to get you there.
ICAA has grown to more than 25 associate facilitators across Canada.
ICA Associates Inc. is a social enterprise: created by a charity that retains 10% ownership (The Canadian Institute of Cultural Affairs). 5 to 10% of all fees (not just profits) are paid to the charity through licensing and royalty fees."
